You or your website does not possess any exclusive rights to or over any of the template. A template used in building your website can and will be used to build websites for other clients or sold on our e-commerce platforms.
Depending on your website needs and whatever agreement we would have had before beginning your project, we shall customize a template to meet website requirement based on agreed upon terms. Customization requests must be fully discussed and agreed upon between Medic Ground (us) and the project owner or point person (you) before project begins.
We have the right to refuse additional work request that goes beyond agreed upon scope of work.
W3 Ground, a parent company of Medic Ground works closely with its sister companies which includes: Roomy Themes and Weebly Expert. These sister companies have terms of service and privacy policies that are different From Medic Ground.

There are NO REFUNDS! Because we bill by time spent not the outcome of the work, we do not offer refunds. Since you will get to make payments by phases, you can choose not to continue with the next phase if you’re dissatisfied with the previous phase. Once a phase is paid for, it must be completed and there won’t be any refunds for that phase regardless of the outcome or circumstances.
You are exclusively in charge of any relevant state, government or commonplace taxes. In spite of the fact that you may not be charged taxes by us you concur that you will pay any material taxes or expenses to your local or state charge organization for any purchases, services or licenses. We are not in charge of gathering, transmitting, or prompting on taxes, obligations, or different tolls by the government in regards to your purchases, services or licenses.
